［目的］观察米索前列醇配伍利多卡因用于绝经后妇女取IUD的临床效果。［方法］观察72例绝经后妇女取IUD患者用米索前列醇配伍利多卡因后宫颈软化扩张及取环效果情况。［结果］取环成功者98.6%，失败者1.4%。［结论］米索前列醇配伍利多卡因用于绝经后妇女取IUD不需机械扩张宫颈，有利于取器，减少了并发症的发生，有效而安全。
萘普生栓用于绝经后妇女取IUD的临床观察

减轻绝经后妇女取IUD时的疼痛，减少并发症的发生，提高取IUD成功率。方法：将92例绝经后妇女随机分为两组；观察组46例，采用萘普生栓0.4mg塞入肛门，20分钟后即按节育手术操作常规取环；对照组46例按传统扩宫取环，结果两组在宫口扩张大小，术中出血，取环综合反应，取环效果等指标差异有高度显著性（P均<0.01），观察组优于对照组。结论：萘普生栓用于绝经后取环可减轻疼痛，提高取器成功率。
