以肺动脉高压为主要表现的系统性红斑狼疮一例报告

1 病例资料 患者，女，37岁，因“反复气促3个月，水肿]个月余，双下肢瘀斑半天”于2006—01—27入院。3个月前（兰时妊娠4个月）无明显诱因下出现胸闷气促，并伴有夜间陪发性呼吸困难，但未到医院就诊。在1个月前（妊娠6个月），又出现双下肢水肿，遂到外院就诊，经心脏彩超、胸片等检查后考虑肺动脉高压（PAH），予中止妊娠以及利尿、扩张血管等处理（具体诊治不详）。
