目的探讨计算机辅助技术定位埋伏阻生牙的临床应用价值。方法利用螺旋CT对35例颌骨埋伏阻生牙患者进行颌骨扫描,将DICOM数据输入Simplant软件,通过对颌骨数据后处理定位埋伏阻生牙。结果通过Simplant软件的处理,埋伏阻生牙的三维形态、生长方向、颊舌向和近远中向的位置以及与邻牙和周围解剖结构的关系均得到了清晰显示。结论计算机辅助技术可以精确定位埋伏阻生牙,为制定临床治疗方案提供依据。
