纳米生物学已渗透到癌症研究各个领域,并显著改变了多个学科研究手段与方法。以药物治疗为例,基于纳米生物学的肿瘤靶向输送技术成为了药剂学研究热点与前沿领域,并已有多个相关制剂上市。纳米生物技术可以有效改善药物分子在体内的动力学过程(例如提高药物在肿瘤组织的累积及减少药物对正常器官的毒副作用)。药物被包裹进入纳米载体后,还可能解决药物难溶及稳定性的问题。
