比较胸主动脉腔内修复术（TEVAR）对不同期Stanford B型主动脉夹层（AD）患者治疗效果及对主动脉重塑形态的影响。方法： 选取我院96例Stanford B型AD患者，均接受TEVAR治疗，包括慢性期组（慢性期组）与亚急性期组（亚急性期组），比较替代临床资料，手术前后真假腔直径，支架段假腔部位血栓完全吸收率，主动脉重塑率，再手术率与预后情况。

初步探讨运用覆膜支架腔内治疗破口位于升主动脉的 Stanford A 型主动脉夹层的疗效。方法 回顾性总结河西学院附属张掖人民医院于 2016 年 12 月收治的 1 例 Stanford A 型主动脉夹层患者的临床资料。
评价孙氏手术治疗急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层的临床疗效及安全性。选择2013年7月至2017年7月梅州市人民医院39例急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者，均在深低温停循环、低流量选择性脑灌注下行孙氏手术治疗。记录患者ICU停留时间、住院时间，近期和远期并发症发生率和死亡率，比较术前与术后12个月随访时左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)和升主动脉最大内径变化。
