研究放疗相关性贫血患者血清铁调素（Hepcidin，Hep）和促红细胞生成素（EPO）表达特征及其意义。方法 对接受放疗的92 例肿瘤患者和20 例对照组测定血红蛋白（Hb），并应用双抗夹心生物素- 亲和素- 酶联免疫吸附试验方法检测Hep 和EPO，并分析其相关关系和临床意义。

探讨COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者血清铁调素表达及与预后评估。方法：本院COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者115例为病例组，我院门诊健康体检者52例作为对照组，测定各组CRP，WBC ，HEPCIDIN，FEV1％，FEV1 / FVC，DLCO％水平，同时测定不同程度的低氧血症COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者的HEPCIDIN水平。
